I think everything boils down to targeted traffic. The website has more margin for error, as long as the customers trust you or see you as authority.

So what are some ways you personally generate unpaid traffic? If you mostly use paid traffic, what is your general process and budget for new projects?

I've always been too impatient for SEO, vlogging, etc. I've had paid ads work for limited periods, but most of the time I cannot keep them profitable or scale.

My staples have been:
  • instagram botting
  • fb group posting
  • email blasting
But even then these are very capped

For a large % of my traffic I am using Reddit. Even though it is harder these days, reddit is still a huge goldmine for targeted traffic.
You can promote your affiliate offers, boost your website rankings, promote various stuff etc.

You don't want to pay and don't want to do stuff that requires effort, not sure if it's even possible.

You will need to either pay for FB/Google Ads / buy shoutouts on Instagram / use BHW Marketplace, etc. OR you will need to put some effort into SEO, vlogging (to build a following on vid platforms), building a subreddit, blogging, etc.

Another way might be to look for Telegram groups that have people you are targeting, but again, if it's not your group, you will get kicked out pretty soon. Try building one and let us know how it goes.
