Suggested videos are based on which videos contribute to a longer overall viewing session rather than how many clicks an individual video receives.

Make sure your video's have a lot of high retention views.

In order to rank in suggested videos your content must have withstood constant rankings for a couple months.

You will not only rank on the Youtube directory, but the Search Engines and also suggested content within the sidebar.
