Time to be honest, I'm still in the beginner stages so a lot of trial and error - unfortunately not all of my questions can be answered online so I have to take it into my own hands.

KW research has been time consuming for me too, finding it difficult to find keywords I personally can write about
 
have time, but dont have the money to invest in seo.

other things would be writing content (hate it) or ordering it (hate it even more)
 
Sorry to pull this out but since 2017 I'm still in trouble to find good and loyal business partner.
I see you wrote about everything else but what about partnership?

Each case is different I would think.

For a good partnership, imo you need:
- complementary skills, not too much overlap
- trust and transparency
- admiration for the other's skills
- ROI: is it better this way rather than do it yourself or outsource
