I'll put this very simple and straightforward.
What is your real SEO/ link building obstacles?

What keeps you from success (if anything)?

Let's discuss.

the problem is too many big conglomereate with infinite budget and building links and etc.

I used to face a lot of obstacles before but I found the cure.

My working strategy right now is watching Mia Khalifa's video every morning as soon as I wake up. It gives me energy that can last for 48+ hrs.
sounds like a plan.

I would think that the main obstacle for ANY of us would be determination and free time on our hands.
I've seen people so determined that they went from 0,01$ per day to $200 and people that are still in the free bie sections after 15 years.
Second obstacle that I would give consideration is the understanding one has about what he is doing. If one doesn't fully understand how things work and what reaction they should expect from their actions, they will just be wondering off getting nothing done.

The main obstacle I have is time, which is in short supply, and easily wasted; with more time you can always get more links.
They are many different ways to get links, so the issue is not ideas, it is time, and some methods take time and patience.

Laziness and procrastination as results can only come in after working for it.

So you can not motivate yourself enough to continue fighting in your niche?

That sounds like a lack of motivation and ideas. There is always a way for finding solutions.

Or it can be energy consuming ;)

Good thinking, what's your story?

In general, I was mostly interested in technical SEO and link building obstacles.
Where you usually get stuck?

still time: processes to manage PBN and outreach
price: high auction price for good domains
VA: who may not understand all instructions

Time shouldn't be a problem if you use it the right way.
You can always find a good JV partners (it's hard procedure but not impossible) and you can start using time tracking software to see exactly how you spending your working hours.

money money money

Money comes mainly as a result of work.

The obstacle I have is just working for the right time, money to build more back links, guest posts on my mind, ranking number 1 on my niche am working towards that dats what is keeping awake all day and night... Thanks Op for this

Fucking shit is a gawd damned time suck. It takes so/too much effort.

Another big hurdle is getting high quality links to your sales/squeeze/product pages. I can easily create an article or blog post that is outreachable, or can be linked in a guest post; then use some internal linking to funnel that PR to my money pages. But once I put a direct link to a money page in a guest post, that shit will get stripped on any legitimate publication. So, I've adapted my money pages to be more valuable in terms of the info/content I'm putting on them (in addition to the CTAs and content meant for SEO).

Time, money, ever-changing algorithms probably the main ones. But just like any obstacle course I’m jumping over, sliding under and pushing on by any means possible :-)

For me, getting an extremely good link list that work miracles would be the real obstacle. There are link list that works great, and then gradually looses its mojo after a while. Link building highly depends on your link list in determining the success factor, thus I would pay good $$$ if able to get an extremely good link list that can be a great addition to my link building plans.
