I know there is always the outsource option, but I would rather do this in house, so my question is, what software, tools, etc would you use to maximize getting the most backlinks across different areas?

But yea, what I'm really asking what the best of the best tools, services, etc.. I know xrumer is good, but what about article submissions, and other forms of backlinking
