The purpose of this topic is: why do you think this guy is so famous in the IM and why is he successful (whatever success means for you)?

My thoughts: he is very smart but pretend he's retard sometimes, he studied lots of psychology (don't know exactly what), NLP, Dan Kennedy, he created and developed that "surfer lazy cool" persona, etc...

It's all PR. People have been selling products like his for $20 before he came along, it wasn't until someone created a brand name within Internet Marketing that related to people new to IM. His online persona makes you believe he's a lazy bum marketer that loves to surf, and he sold himself as such the same way people sell eBooks on "how to make $10k a week while being a lazy dreamer!" - Frank Kern never sold good products, Mass Control wasn't bad, but not worth what he was hooking sheep for. The only thing he ever really sells is himself.
 
He makes jokes about and makes it all look really easy.

The rest make it look boring.
 
David DeAngelo also came up with c&f (cocky and funny) or is one of the main proponents of c&f.

For those looking to get advice on women I recommend his email newsletter. He gives great advice.
 
All I have ever managed to gain from Frank is a ''Laugh'':D

Frank kern the "IM Rockstar" :p. he made an ebook 'bout dogs that made a lot (using a fake name), that started it all.
He also uses WTF/fck often.
But now, i think his fading slowly from IM giving his crown to his cousin.
A very interesting guy, really great motivator. just don't mind his cursing.
Mass Control 2 was ok, learned a few new thing from it.

Andy Jenkins.. I can relate to this guy the most 'cuz I originally was/am a Videographer'

Eben Pagan This guys weird Sort of like a stiff trying to be cool , and a guy whose ready to blow up when he see/hears something not to his liking. A scary guy, even his jokes are scary.
I think he owns one of those successful dating site.

Heard about David DeAngelo, but don't really know anything 'bout him.

I think Kern and Jenkins and some well known IM created the kajabi, not sure...
 
Because they use the same forum name for spamming doesn't mean they are popular :D
 
Frank Kern isn't a genius, he's more of a con man than anything.

LOL and have you seen David Deangelo or whatever his real name is? That dude talks a good game but he's not getting laid, trust me.
 
Frank kern have the Charm and Charisma, his presence just make people feel comfortable.. at least for me.. he's good at pitching without hardselling.. thats where people got caught off guard and somehow 'listen' and do what he says.. thats the result of his NLP tactics i guess..
 
Kern is good cause he sells himself and make humor cool in selling.

There's a lot to be said about David DeAngelo that most of you guys probably don't know.

David DeAngelo is a businessman who created a dating ebook by "dumbing down" the techniques of some of the great pickup artists out there. He renamed a lot of it "Cock and funny" just because it is easier to understand and it works.

But he is nothing more than a businessman. He spent a lot of time at social dynamics seminars run by ross jefferies(a guy that pretty much started it all) but then fell out with him and made his own product.

It is all a money making farce really.
