This has happened a few time's that I know of in the past, you can contact BHW's Support and let them know.
Why are you bothered?
I came to bhw by googling
and that site wasted my precious time before that
why u not bothered btw?
Because it is a common thing. Not worth getting your knickers in a twist over.

There used to be loads of these types of sites around, I don't know about this one but they used to keep pages that had been deleted.
They are effectively bottom feeding by doing this and just picking up the scraps.
When I search for threads on other forums I often come across these types of sites so they are not uncommon but I find it rarely occurs where these site appear above BHW in the SERPs.

The delicious irony of someone on a black-hat forum, complaining about someone using black-hat techniques to create content and then looking to report them to Google, the very company they practice said techniques against in order to game them...isn't lost on most people I'm sure.

They are doing black hat SEO,they are cloning it and trust me admin of those forums must have been here.some simply copy oest the site and some selectively put content.

They will eventually die off eventually, no point in wasting time reporting them.

I was thinking that too.
I've done my fair share of scraping in the past, throwing stones in glass houses springs to mind.
