Lets predict the future post Corona ⏩

This is my viewpoint:

There will be a total of 3 more waves of the virus within 24 months. This wave will last for about 3-4 more months. Only way to finish it off is to have 0 infected people on the planent...highly unlikely.

Demand will become 2x - 20x higher for a few sectors after the 1st wave

All Nations will deploy free surgical masks in the airport once it starts again.

Things I predict -

Companies will make much better use of technology for remote working, remote conferencing etc.

Companies will be investing more in their infrastructure and communication channels - in particular broadband and wan links.

No, the vaccines are in testing and after the high peak in a few months things will slowly get to normal

People tend to forget easily. Governments even more easily...

Life will continue as it was before; spending billions in entertainment like sports and tv, and some other billions in trying to get higher and higher quality pictures of some unknown moon or planet millions of light years away that nobody really needs.

Scientists, researchers and medics will still be underpaid. Nobody will ever give a shit to create a vaccine.

In 10 years or so, another coronavirus will be around, this time even more contagious and even more deadly.

This will keep repeating in a loop for years and years.

But in China they eradicated it without a vaccine, just by doing what the rest of the world is now doing.

If a vaccine was needed to stop its spread China would have 1,000,000+ cases right now.
