Long story short, I have a business for crypto exchanging where I used to get customers by TikTok videos.
TikTok changed the algorithm and I have been dry, little to none customers in the last year.

Instagram was anti crypto a couple years back so I can't even promote my page on IG anymore cause I have a violation that has been there for years.

Question being here is :
1. What is a way you guys have gotten customers to your businesses ? ( What kind of Social Media, what kind of methods, any ad manager settings on facebook ( any other social media ) that could be good for crypto advertising.
2. Is it possible to remove a 5 year old restriction on Instagram so I could start promoting again.
3. Im also kind of old so any new methods would help me as well that I'm not familiar with, have heard people promoting on Telegram but I got no idea how that works as well.

The business is nothing special just exchanging crypto in my region which is the way I earn my bread, would appreciate any kind of help for me to promote my business, how do you guys do it

for telegram usually you need to make the channel first,
you can paid for telegram followers services to make your channel looks legit, even for the views and likes all can be manipulated and then you can promote it to another social media platform when it's ready.
