I have tried so many experiments you can think of and that too with Adsense, Ezoic, Valueimpression, and Ad Plus. Nothing changes significantly in RPM. It depends on your traffic quality.

If you are getting targetted traffic from tier 1 countries and have a great niche like finance, then of course, you will have a good RPM. Otherwise, you will be stuck at the same RPM even if you fill your whole site with ads.

For a same website, changing the location of the ads or the adsense settings can't change your RPM by 20-50%
