Hey guys,

I'm a data scientist who sometimes dabbles in IM stuff with a few sites. I would love to exchange reco's with whoever is interested, but I definitely want to see the reco and approve it prior to it going up.

If anyone is willing to do this and would like to tailor their own reco's to be put up, then I'm all for doing that.

so the leesson here is I should be posting just as often as i'm browsing. I'm currently unable to send PM's so anyone who recently messaged me regardinglinkedin rec exchange please indicated in the PM a general rec type.

for example I received a request from someone with a web dev / marketing firm, well seeing thats what i specialize it it would be a bit rediculous to post as a client so I will provide a character rec indicating we've met at a recent tradeshow/seminar/or workshop.

I would recommend the same for anyone else with conflicting industries where a client rec just doesn't make sense. If we're going to take the time to do this lets make it as realistic as possible
