Hey everyone,
I was into Marketing/SEO around a decade+ ago, I did some affiliate marketing, made some websites and ranked some sites up on Google. Since then I have made money in various other ways online, but I've been lurking here at BHW on and off over the years and I'm currently looking to get back into affiliate marketing and start promoting things online and I'm feeling really motivated about it, especially because I have financial pressures adding urgency to for me to get back earning again, so that certainly ups the motivation level
Since I've been getting back into marketing I've pretty much been spending hours a day everyday constantly learning as much as I can over the past few months. So today I decided to finally join here and start getting more involved to see where it takes me. I've always enjoyed how creative people get here with their various methods and angles to approach making money or putting a twist on previous things that worked in the past.
In recent months I've been very interested in video marketing/Ai tools, I've done some courses on short form video marketing and have been apart of some Discord groups related to that and I often enjoy browsing YouTube to see if there are any hidden gems of knowledge tucked away. Regarding Ai I love playing with that its good fun figuring out what is possible with the latest tools, I've been using it everyday to see how I can save time and automate more of the grunt work I'll need to do, so that I can focus on the more important parts.
We all know the power of marketing, so it is a skill I want to be able to put to good use especially because I'm really into Game Development, and a super common reason Game Developers fail (if they have a decent enough game) is that they do not market their game enough/they underestimate how much marketing it truly takes for their game to take off without just getting lucky in a sea of other games being released each day.
