Lets Dominate Google as a TEAM.

I want to put together a team of 4 people who will all work together with one common goal and that is ranking #1 on google for specific keywords. We will start small ranking keywords with very little competition and see how long it takes to rank to get the top spot and will work from there.

Everything will be split up evenly and shared. We will register a fresh domain which we will all have access to along with a fresh Adsense account and a fresh CPA account to monetize the sites with. The CPA company will be discussed as a group that we can all agree on using.

All profits will be pooled towards buying content, domains, hosting, software, backlinks, articles and things of that nature. Eventually after we are making $X a month and can cover our projects we will split the remaining profits evenly amongst ourselves and sell domains when we see fit.

I am not looking for Experts or Gurus or anything of that nature just members who are willing to work hard and build something solid. Rome wasn't built in a day but it wasn't built by itself either all successful things are done by a team and not one sole individual. Anyone who applies must be a member of this forum prior to October 1st 2010 with at least 50 posts, and a positive reputation on the forum. Shoot me a PM with why you would like to join this joint venture along with why you would be valuable to the team. Include any software you own and stuff like that. I will pick three people including myself and we will all get together in a chatroom and discuss what keywords we want to rank for. Periodically we will get together and discuss how things are going letting each other know what has been done and what needs to be worked on. If you are one that will complain or slack off because you think one member is not working hard enough and have the mentality of why should I be pulling his weight then this JV is not for you. The same goes to any slackers out there who think they are going to have a free ride & let others do all the work, not going to happen we all need to work hard to make this happen. The bigger we get the faster the profits will start growing. JR Vip or Donor status is a plus but not required, if this interests you again please send a PM with a little about yourself, and there is no need to turn this thread into a PM Sent thread. they do not have to be construction people.. as long as they are hard workers.
and if they have tools like hammers and nails... they can bring them.
And they have to have at least visited a home depot before Oct 1, 2011

Then as the money comes in we can buy more tools and have people
install appliances in the house. and then buy more land and build more houses as we see fit.

When the house starts making money.... we can all split it evenly... of course.

JrVIP plumbers and electricians would be great but people with no skills are fine too

Go for it, learn from it and make it work.

The problem is people.

Even if you have all the best tools best services, there is always going to be that one person that takes everything for themselves and well run away with it.

If you can build a group of like minded people then you will encounter some problems but not catastrophically big like someone scamming you.

I would recommend you do this with people that you can actually see and talk to. Not over skype.

Scammers don't like stepping out of the shadow and meeting real people.

In short, I think this JV will go much much better if you actually met the people in real life. you know what they are like

But that's just my opinion, good luck with the JV

Op, your idea is great. I suggest you or a group of people device an iron clad contract to protect every member in case of malfunctions.
