Lets discus the most secure domain/hosting setup (DMCA - Lawsuits) - Large traffic site.

Hello guys! I'm new here and I would like to get a new discussion going on how to secure your business against copyright issues, DMCA takedowns and actual lawsuits.

How would you structure a video site with 50 gbit/sec traffic and 100TB of storage?

It's obvious that hosting outside the US is best and that using an non US domain registrar is best. But which jurisdictions are actually best? Which domain ext. is the safest? We all know that ICANN can come after your US domains. So which ext. is the best?

Which offshorehost is the best? I have browsed the old threads and most refer to small hosting companies with little traffic demand. Where is it actually possible to host when the traffic is huge and the connectivity needs to be very good and the business needs to be stable, I have heard about nforce, anyone else?

Well for this I think you should go for Russia or Romania.
Russia is very safe but I havent been able to find a reliable host there. Lost my data 3 times. Thank god I had backups. Currently I am hosting my website in a vps in Romania and its working fine. 1Gbit bandwidth which probably can be upgraded and affordable. Its been a year and everything is fine. I have received no complains.

so far I know internetbs.net is "offshore" domain register.
for hosting, as agile4e saied, Russia, Ukraine and Romania.
