Let's break down the algorithm for rejecting reviews on Trustpilot.

I am currently experiencing a persistent issue with customer reviews being rejected, despite following the proper invitation process through the platform.

We send review invitations directly via Trustpilot to verified customers. Many of these customers submit genuine reviews based on real purchases; however, a significant number of them are being rejected. In several cases, customers have even provided additional verification, such as order details, yet their reviews are still not published.

At this point, only approximately one out of every five reviews is successfully posted, while the rest are removed without clear justification. This creates concern, as it does not accurately reflect the experience of our customer base and may negatively impact our business reputation.

Posting is not an issue for me, but randomly out of nowhere 1-2 weeks after the review is posted they are deleted. And even if the customer sends in proof like PDF, they are rejected.

I think it is their way of pushing premium subscription.

Because he's not a BHW upgrade member, any transactions with him are not protected by BHW! Therefore, he scammed me out of 700 USD.
