Hi guys,

I am trying to get better at answering customer questions, so I want to pretend to be a customer and ask some questions, and you will try to answer it to make me "buy" from your company.

Maybe you can also try to ask some questions and other users can try to answer with their best sales tactic and get it sold.

First question is: "I saw Company A have been providing this service for 15 years, so why would I go to you, Company B who have only been here for a few months?"

Give me your best shot!

This is what Chat.OpenAI suggested:

1. Experience isn't everything: Just because Company A has been providing this service for 15 years doesn't necessarily mean they are the best option for you. In fact, their longevity in the market may have led to complacency, causing them to fall behind in terms of innovation and service quality. Company B, on the other hand, is a fresh, innovative option that is more likely to be agile and responsive to your needs.

2. Newer is better: Being new to the market doesn't mean Company B is inexperienced. In fact, they could bring fresh, new ideas and technologies that Company A may not have considered. Additionally, Company B may be more willing to go above and beyond to win your business, whereas Company A may take your business for granted.

3. Better service: Just because Company A has been providing this service for 15 years doesn't necessarily mean they have the best customer service. Company B may be smaller and more agile, which allows them to provide more personalized and attentive service to their customers. They may also have a greater incentive to provide exceptional service since they are still building their reputation.

4. Competitive pricing: Just because Company A has been around for 15 years doesn't necessarily mean they have the most competitive pricing. In fact, their established reputation and market dominance may give them the ability to charge higher prices. Company B, on the other hand, may be more willing to offer competitive pricing to win your business and establish themselves in the market.

5. Don't just take our word for it: While Company A may have been around for 15 years, that doesn't necessarily mean they have a great reputation. It's important to do your own research and read reviews from customers who have used both companies to make an informed decision. You may find that Company B has a better reputation for customer satisfaction and quality of service, despite being newer to the market.

Hope it helps

Sir,

The industry has changed rapidly in the last 15 years. And not many companies have adopted transformation at the rate they should have! On top of that, they also have a lot of legacy costs that are reflected in their pricing.

We started up 2 years back with a highly-optimized tech stack! Our workforce is equipped with modern-day X skills which makes us almost twice as efficient than most current market players.

"Yep- Company A is much larger, so I can guarantee you that they wouldn't value you nearly as much. It all comes down to whether you prefer to work with Company A's customer support rep over the Owner of Company B. We're more so looking for long-term partnerships here and not just someone new to churn and burn. I'm confident we can get you the results you're looking for- so let's get you started."

We have a competitive price point and free trial.

At Company B, we've built our model around the latest market research and technology, offering more up-to-date solutions that adapt rapidly to trends. It's not just about the years in the game, it's about how you play it, and we're here to win for you.
