Never had any luck with it, but I find it interesting. Some people try it but they get shocked when it happens and aren't able to do it again.
If you want to get into some other interesting subjects check out lucid dreaming and remote viewing. Something that can help your brain without chemicals would be hemi-sync. Check out the Monroe Institute.

This is what I claim " we are soul " . I used to go find out what is Astral Projection before. Literally put it simple is Like having a Dream. You can do anything you want. I recall one movie forget the name which My idol leo dicaprio act inside. The movie is about Astral Projection like that.

If you want to learn about Astral Projection, come to India. You need to sacrifice few years of your life, but you can learn and experience it. In the end, it will change your view about life and death.

its a curious thing. lots of ppl bash on it, say it's dangerous. or fake. you don't need to do drugs or anything to invoke the ability. just an open mind.
you can go online and find some crazy stories. demonic attachments or wild imaginations. these same people now all turned to christ and compare it to oujia lol. dreams can be a dangerous thing too, ever have a nightmare?
you don't need to sacrifice years to learn it. watch youtube training video, read one of the 1000s books written. practice in bed for few days. most achieve it quickly.
on a similar vein, couple years ago i watched that banned ted talk with russell targ about remote viewing. tried the exercises few days later. it's all real. hidden talents most people chose to ignore or have no curiosity about.
