There was a week when I placed over 40 ETH trades. Small wins, big losses, endless stress. My account balance didn’t move much, but my energy was gone.

That taught me that more trades don’t equal better results. Sometimes waiting for one clean setup is worth more than 20 rushed entries. Are you trading with purpose—or just trading to feel busy?

When I traded in a minute chart, I sometimes need multiple transactions to complete the day goal, and my mentality is extremely consumed, hahahaha.

Once I switched to higher timeframes, I started making more money and sleeping better

I got to learn that one good trade is better than 10 bad trades the hard way. Now I stick to 2 setups a week and I feel so much better that way.

Short-term trading relies solely on technical indicator signals, period. But with high volatility, technical analysis fails. That's why I only work the long side with crypto, building a portfolio strictly for the long term

Always have spare margin available to DCA incase the market moves against your trades. Do not over-leverage and have an effective risk management as per your risk appetite.

I hope you've already bought yourself a yacht and a small island?

So you managed to put 40 ETH worth of trades and your balance largely remained the same? i.e didn't fall in negative? Well that's more impressive than what 95% people could pull off.

Most people trade for a purpose, few people have extra money to trade for fun and entertainment. If you have experience in this field, I look forward to receiving your sharing to learn more.

Sometimes is better to drink tea and wait. Overtrading is not good and you will always lose more than wins

Totally agree. It's easy to fall into the trap of overtrading, thinking more action means more chances. But it usually just means more stress and less clarity. True gains come from patience and waiting for setups with conviction, not just chasing every small move.
