So, here's what happened..

Today it's my Chaturbate affiliate payment date. I used to receive my payments on 3rd and 18th of every month. I didn't receive my payment, today, so just tried to log in and found out that my account was banned. WTF?

I have only used PPC traffic and directed to $1 sign-up program ( My mistake). I didn't care much about Rev. share because I was only split testing. Conversion rate was good so I kept adding funds to the same campaign which has selected countries ( 6 ). I didn't even care to change the banner, lol. Conversions were good, so I just kept that campaign going..

Today, my account is banned and I lost $655 ( I would have felt broke if it happened a few months back). It doesn't matter much because I have run the campaign with my tracking code on it and I have shortlist the best converting countries and specific websites as well.

The Lesson Learnt:

It doesn't matter for the networks whether your traffic is of quality or not. All they care about is the conversion rate, especially if you opt for Pay Per Sign-up. I'm telling you this because I have one more Chaturbate account ( On my brother's name ) which is still going strong with Porn Re-upload shit. WTF? I just hired 2 VA's and assigned few website to them to download and re-upload. Looks like they are doing better job than my PPC stuff. I have withdrawn more money with that account and yes it's Pay Per Sign-up.

They make rules so it is evident that we make money only if they do, too.. Now, I will correct my mistakes and only opt for Rev. share..

@HoNeYBiRD told me to opt for Rev. share in one of the thread conversion here but I just didn't because it was very easy for me to add funds to existing campaign and never care about it, lol.. my mistake!

But this is good learning curve.. ;)

A lesson was learned. So for the future you will be smarter - That's all that matters.

Why they banned you in first place? Any Ideas?
They gave me a lame excuse.. " We have reason to believe that you may have violated our terms of service."
That's it.. Not sure how I violated their terms. I sent screenshots of my campaigns. But they may or may not reply.

Yeah I don't put much stock in folks that pay you when other people don't pay them. This lesson will hold true in every network, for every affiliate campaign, for every CPA offer you run, and basically any time you expect to get paid from someone for nothing.

I'm sure your leads were fine/legit, but if/when they don't back out for the primary advertiser - the money often is not forthcoming. That's a major suck!

I try to aim for revshare, and PPS in adult because that way everyone gets their money up-front, and it keeps your networks and advertisers happy and paying. Glad your other account is going strong for you op!

Maybe time to consider getting another network or another chaturbate account ... just in case.
