Less engagement + Telegram groups

Hi there!
I have been looking for the forum but I have not found information about it.
I would like to know if participating in groups of telegram or similar is dangerous. I have noticed for some weeks that my engagement is coming down and I do not know if it can be due to this.
Someone has told me that having too many comments is dangerous and instagram can make the account invisible.

I have 2800 followers and in some photos 80-90 comments, many of them generated from like + comment groups.

Do you think this may be influencing my engagement?

Yes, I have been doing that for 5 days, but I have not noticed that engagement increases
