Legit unfollowers app?

Hi, lately I've seen a lot of people get suspended from using 3rd party apps that showed who unfollowed you, actually had no idea this is bannable, can anyone here confirm?
If so, is there a legit app or way code-wise of doing it without getting the account flagged? (Personal authentic account).

These apps will ban you for sure, It's been ages these apps either stopped working or risk getting your accounts banned.
