Legit SAPE website?

I've seen mentions about SAPE links here on the forum and decided to do a Google search to find out more and I came across the website sapelinksnetwork .com. Is this the legit website for it?

Also, how risky is it to buy SAPE links if I want to use it for my money site? I see they mention on the site that you can specify the TLDs you want links from and the language the websites should be in where the links are coming from. Would that make it safer to use on a money site?

Maybe consider using as tier 2.

It's so pointless with sape now, even web 2.0 is redundant, have you tried ppc? it's more long-term and better if you know what you are doing.
