Legit PPD No survey file hosts and PPV Image Hosts?

Does anyone know of a good list of PPD file hosts similar to Rapidgator that pay with either webmoney or payza. As well as Image Hosts that pay per view and pay out with either the same two things. I already use imgdino, imagetwist,imgchili and imageporter. I found some on another IM forum, but not sure if they are legit or not.

Does RapidGator pay for downloads? I have 0 in my balance and over 1000 downloads.
I now use uploaded.net, it gives 40Euro for 1000 dlds from: Germany - United Kingdom - France - Spain - Australia - Belgium - USA - Canada, 10Euro from: Austria - Japan - Netherlands - Denmark - Greece - Italy - Polonia - Russia - Sweden - Switzerland, and 5Euro from: Turkey - Brazil - Argentina - Mexico
