Legit or...?

I found this site on a Facebook group I'm in (irrelevant to marketing or space ventures).

What do you guys think about this? Is it legit? They even have an indiegogo (crowdfunding) video. Looks like a genius internet marketer to me

Not sure, but I heard one of my buddies signing up for Mars.. he said it was a $500 application fee.
