Legit or Scam?

Just wondering if I should sell for this guy on ebay, I was questioning it because they are iPhone 6's he doesn't seem sketchy but just want to see what BHW has to say. Here is the info he gave me:

" We are dealing with iPhones 6 and 6 Plus. I've got some contacts in the USA (liquidators, warehouse workers, etc.) and can get them dropshipped for quite low prices. We are giving 10% of the price for our resellers after each sale. The items are located in USA and shipped via UPS within 1-2 (if inside USA) business days. Turnaround time is 12-24 hours, so within that range of time tracking codes are also provided."

And this:

" Sure. Just keep in mind that we provide tracking and any other necessary information, so that our buyers could track their orders, etc. Oh, by the way, "wholesale" price for those iphones is $430"

He also sent me pictures of three iPhones they have for sale and the pictures were all taken at the same table if that helps but that could be faked easily.

So what do you guys think? Is this a scam or legit?

Either-Or... I don't think anyone could know simply by looking at a quote you copy/paste.

Is there any way I get can get proof from him?

Where did you find this person? Generally speaking, if you're questioning doing business with someone and there's nothing available to ease your mind then go with your gut.

Added - I'd request a phone call at the very least to talk with them and feel em out.

On this forum on his JV thread it was approved.

I stick what what I say above. I can't seem to find the link. You can PM it to me if you want.
A JV getting approved does not mean it's legit and I do not mean anything against the poster of the JV when I say that but JV posts are not vetted for any honesty before being approved. I _believe_ they mostly just check that they're not asking for money or simply 'out there'.

Does anybody else have any thoughts about this?

Seems you will need to use your gut on this one. Me personally - i would swerve it.

Yeah i would swerve it.

The lack of info from the start is enough to make me disinterested. The OP has been a member since 2009 and only has 160 posts, that doesn't mean hes not honest but something i would take into account. Also most of the replies are from either new members or members with old accounts and low post count.

For example the first reply on that thread is from an account that is from 2008 yet only has one post, could be legit but alarm bells start ringing when this happens, for me at least.

Its up to you but its one i would defo forget about.
