The important thing to have a healthy and stable BM account is age, reputation in payment, verified origin. Cheap BMs do not have this.

Low prices always come with risks. You shouldn't prioritize choosing cheap services as your top priority. If you encounter a low-quality service, you will lose more. Instead, you should choose reputable services with good feedback.

Cheap BMs can work for few days however the reliability and stability of payment will not be there, if you like risk you can try
 
Currently it is very difficult to evaluate which account is stable, there are many accounts that are very expensive but very weak. Perhaps the safest thing is to use an account that has a spending history.

it seems they are greedy with cheap and fake BM2500, that won't make your results better, use real BM2500 provided by facebook so your account will be healthier and campaign approval will be faster
