Legality question for file sharing

Hello guys,

I have a legal question for a website I want to start up. The idea is a torrent type of site in a very specific niche.

I have found links to torrents of all sorts of files that are in the niche. I have absolutely no affiliation to any of the links what so ever. Can I start a blog that directs people to the files and be free of legal issues?

like I said I myself have no Affiliation to the site that host the files nor do I make any money from the downloads. I would simply be sharing links to the files that I’ve found on the internet.

Its still gonna be a warez site, i think same legalities apply like that of a warez site.

imo i feel like if u are just embedding then u should be fine if dmca comes just remove the link and replace it later with a new link.
