I've been mulling over ways to make it easier for clients to pay for my internet marketing services. I like to maintain a little separation between my usual "9-5" work and my internet marketing gig because my usual clients might find it a little distasteful that I make my beer money with some spammy / adult oriented endeavors. Usually I take crypto, but for those clients who are a little less savvy (and that tend to pay a little more because they overestimate the results they'll get), I'd like to offer payments through venmo.

Obviously, venmo has payment limits, and I don't want to use my personal venmo account directly. Is there anything legally perilous about setting up dummy venmo accounts under fake names that aren't connected to any bank accounts to push money around?

Obviously I'd need a new phone number for each account, which is handled easily enough. In terms of practicality, I'm curious whether I'd need to take a lot of measures to make it look like these accounts are being created on different devices, or if I can use a single device with a single google play account to create them. I'd love to make it easier for my clients to pay but if I'm going to have to spoof a mac address and use a unique google play account and unique ip address and change the device type / device name then they can all keep bitching about the fact that I want crypto.
