legality of plural domain

Right I brought a domain a while back and I'm not to sure where i stand developing it.

The site in question is a wedding site eg *county*wedding.co.uk however the plural *county*weddings.co.uk is already taken and is a classified / directory site.

now with the non plural I wish to create an authority site. obviously the term is a keyword and not a brand name and although the sites are similar ish they are not exactly the same (I will give more content to the user for example).

legal head ache or worth pursuing?
