Legal?

So I'm thinking about starting a site that sells programs such as after effects, Sony Vegas, cinema 4D etc cheaper than the original price which would bring in more sales. Im pretty sure its illegal but would like input. maybe even cracked versions or you think I can get in some serious trouble with that. Im still a noob but if i could get away with it, I think it would be very successful. Im a noob so if this is a stupid question, I'm just trying to learn as I'm interested in it. Cheers

Well, as soon as you do it, those companies will want to take you down. They’ll take you to court or at least that will be their end goal.

It is illegal. It's better to sell the software as affiliate but you can offer bonus or something ... like video guide or free support or something. Some software companies might allow incentives like cashbacks or something.

Let's say a product costs $100, you get 30% commissions, you get $30 per sale, offer 50% of you commission. In the end, buyer pays $85 in total, you also make $15.

Also how would I go about being an affiliate for products like that? Do I contact the company myself or are there sites to join? Not even sure if affiliate programs for products like that are available. I'l try to do some digging..
