Hey!
Im looking into creating a new porn site but i have a question . (btw i now that there are tons of tutorials here ) .

Is it legal to add captions/text to the video and then reupload?
Is it legal to remove video watermark?

Porn re-upload is illegal, why you worry about removing or adding things?

It is illegal to watermark someone's work under another person and upload.
And it is illegal to remove as well.

So, the whole thing is that people making money that way, because they are selling something through their own websites, but using the videos for getting the traffic. What are you planning to do? Uploading the videos on your own sites? because its not working that way
