Legal problems with FB pages?

I was just talking to someone who told me people have been taken to court for using CPA gateways with certain topics. The ex. was celebrities, and apparently someone has been taken to court for a celebrity related page. Is this true and there could be legal problems with this?

I personally don't think it is...but you never know.

There are some people trying to scare you away from FB so they can keep all the earnings to themselves! Don't listen to the bull!

There's always a possibility if you post the wrong thing about a popular celeb. Just cover your tracks when possible. You will normally get C&D letter before action is taken.

follow the news channels... and use their "titles" and "info"! if you making up stuff that is not even on the news there's some stuff celebs can take action against you but if you stay on the same "level" as the news you should be fine

I made a celeb page that revealed a pic once they became a fan (no gateway was put in). It got 30k fans in a couple days and was deleted yesterday..

no real explanation from FB.. just the typical you violated the TOS email.

The pics were just taking from a regular celeb gossip site.
