Legal Issues on MCQs from various certification platforms.

Is it legal to Copy MCQs from Google digital garage, Hubspot and other certification platforms and publish them on my website with answers? does this lead to any copyright issues? I want to start a new site to provide all answers to questions from Google digital garage and HubSpot.
Please suggest me what to do.

Not illegal. This has been done for ages in schools, colleges and institutes. This was long before Internet itself. Probably long betore human itself

Obviously, if you copypasta the whole tests, they can technically be considered content copyright violation.

You could even be ranking for this in Google itself.
