Hi All,
I intend to write blog posts to drive traffic to my current employer’s website. I will spend a lot of time researching this and fully understanding the topics. We have no agreement in writing about this and they are paying me on a hourly basis
If I leave or I am sacked, am I right in saying that he has full rights to the content and legally I don’t have a leg to stand on for instance if I asked him to delete my posts or allow me to post them on another website? Is there any way to protect myself in this situation?
Thanks
LP
