Legal Highs aStore: Questions

I basically have an Amazon store that contains a variety of plants, herbs and pharmaceuticals that could be used to get high. Some are 100% legal in my country...others are not. I do not stock these products and have no ties to the vendors, they're all just things I found searching Amazon.

My question is, could I get banned from Amazon for this? Or worse, somehow hit with legal action if caught by the wrong person? I don't do Adwords or any large-scale advertising (mostly Topix and some underground forums). The aStore is hosted on my own blog.

I'm starting to make decent $$$ but am caught between a rock and hard place. Do I stay low-key and avoid additional marketing? Or say, "eff it" and drive as many people as I can to the blog and make more money? Does Amazon do "manual reviews" of your affiliate acct. like Adsense? ...so many questions.

Thanks in advance

If it's legal, what's the problem? Just don't sell anything that you shouldn't and you will be ok in legal terms, but dig deep and be 100% sure that they are legal.

About amazon and the other companies, read their tos and see if they allow it.

Thanks. Some of it is definitely not legal where I live, but the vendor ships to my country anyway. I can't control where vendors ship, which is why I thought I'd be fine...been having second thoughts as I advertise more.
