ive been in the affilate game for quite a while, no my way around when it comes to taking someone else product and selling, but now i want to create my own product and keep % 100 of profits for myself. Its like going to the next level for me.
I have some confusion before i start, someone recently told me that i cannot use copyrighted terms in my products.
Lets say i was creating an ebook about making money with fiverr, according to my knowledge i cannot user terms like "fiverr" "gig" etc. because they are all copyrighted and tradmarked and im using them for my commerical gain.
Is there a way around that? does fair use policy apply in the case when you promote their brand but still earn money form it.
Any advice will not only help me but will help the whoole comunity.
