Leasing / Renting a Domain

So with the new top level domains being released I pre-reserved a number of them in hopes they could generate a nice profit for myself when they are finally available. I originally thought of flipping, but have been reading up more on leasing or renting domain names. I wanted to know if any one here had experience/advice when it comes to leasing a domain name. If you know of any sites to list them on or info/helpful links/resources you can share would be appreciated.

I guess not too many people have looked into leasing before. I've been doing some research and have found multiple sites that you can post your domain for lease on. A lot are lease to own but the more I look into it the more interesting it is. I have found the below interview with some good insight into leasing in case this thread helps out any one else down the road. I will update on what I find if anyone is interested. Still, any other insight is welcomed.
