learning yahoo and msn for ppc

I'm launching some campaigns to test products via yahoo and msn and wanted to know where's the best place to learn how to setup a campaign on these networks?

i know that Frank kern did a video in his mass control monthly a long time ago showing the setup but I'm not sure which month it was in

anything out there that can guide me to getting a campaign up today?
