I'm looking for SEO videos or ebooks (prefer videos) for learning SEO? Anything which helped you back in your SEO 'noob' days which you recommend?

Check out SEOMoz.org and SEOBook, as they both offer a blog and beginners guides to SEO. SEOBook is shared on here somewhere, and SEOMoz's guide is free.

StomperNet has a Youtube Channel, and you can torrent their video series; their approach is more about building and marketing a business online and dealing with conversions, but it's still great info.

I would also second the Thirty Day Challenge, I started it but never found time to complete it as i've been working on another project the past 6 months, im planning to go back to it next month when this project is finished as I found it extremely educational.
