I haven´t found a course or tutorial that targets the practical use of CSS, HTML, and JS when it comes to improving a WordPress page loading speed. This is why I am learning those languages from the ground up starting from the most basic and move from there.

These are the ones closes to what I was able to find. I haven´t gone through them I am still downloading them.

In regards to be able to customize a website using those languages, there are plenty of WordPress Web Development courses out there you can look.

After you've learnt the basics, go beyond and understand everything. HTML is not very difficult and CSS isn't that necessary unless you're going to be going into design.
