Learning how to scrape websites for links I ran into this

So I am currently working on movie/tv streaming website and while i am teaching myself/learning from mistakes on how to scrape for links etc I stumbled upon this.

and
that email addresses on this site are worth starting out at $50 a piece

Along with your IP is recorded and all that. Can you imagine if database got leaked or something thousands of emails etc. Could a lawyer even go to court with something like this?

As long as you know how to remain anonymous, they can't possibly trace your identity to make a lawsuit with a substantial alibi.
