You should learn the basics and then practice a lot. Spend money a few times and your skills will improve. As for where to learn, I recommend you find a local ad running training unit where you can learn directly.

Currently, information technology is quite developed and a lot of knowledge is shared on youtube. You can search with keywords about facebook ads and many instructional videos will appear. Please refer to them.

First you should learn on youtube, then practice with a small budget, practice from interactive campaigns and gradually move to more complex campaigns, all information is on social networks, you can learn there and accumulate knowledge for yourself.

Ads training courses are just drawn up to take money from students and usually will not teach important things. In my opinion, you should learn by yourself because it is quite easy. If you choose a place to study, choose a place with a lifetime warranty and commitment to becoming a professional.
