I have'nt used this method in a while,
Just thought to share it with you guys-
How to Verify a US PayPal INSTANTLY for free
1) Go to
https://express.etrade.com/e/t/applogic/OLAMasterPage2?SC=S047101&prefill_mode=no_prefill
2) Fill in the boxes with FAKE information with the exception of the
email. Use FakeNameGenerator.com to get an identity from the US. For the
"Account
Type", tick the box "Individual account". Then click continue, and tick
"Cash Account Only".
3) Continue again, and put in the fake address and phone number that you
got from fakenamegenerator. Keep the last two boxes unticked.
4) After that, you will need a Social Security number. Do NOT use your
real social. Get the one from fakenamegenerator, and if it says invalid,
generate another one. Put the "Country of Legal Residence" as "United
States" and tick "US citizen".
5) For the "Employment Status", put a random job. Make sure you put in the
same city, state, zip, and country. DO NOT make the address of your
Employer
the same as what you put your home address as. Tick "No" for all of the
other options.
6) For the "Additional Account Preferences", put in the folling: For
"Investment Objectives", put "Income". For "Investment Experience", tick
"Excellent". For all of the drop down boxes, choose the first option, and
tick "No" for the selection.
7) For the "Sweep accounts" part, tick the first one and tick "No" for the
rest.
8) For the "Select Documents for Electronic Delivery" section, untick all
of the boxes.
9) Click "I Accept" and make sure you DO NOT check the box.
10) Tick "No. I want to create a new user ID and password for this account."
11) Put in the details of an account you can remember.
12) Login to the account, your account number should be under
"Securities". (Example: 1234-5678)
13) Login to your PayPal account, and add a bank account.
14) Tick "Checking" as account type, for routing number, type in:
"056073573", and type in your account number for the last field.
15) On the next page, do instant verification and type in your E*Trade
account details.
16) Wait a few minutes for PayPal to verify you.
17) Your PayPal is verified. Congratulations!
