Donno if anyone noticed, but I am looking for a true work from home resource for my very valued and important subscribers..

I recently signed up with homejobgroup dot come and noticed something very common in clickbank.

They squeeze email addresses and try to convince people to buy..
Not a big surprise, 3 days after the my initial fake signup, I received an email asking me to go back to HJG for a special offer...

This is the line that closes the email:

"Visit hXXp://bit.ly/1272cz and click on the learn more tab at the top of the page to get started now!"

Follow the link guys... see how they steal your traffic.
That in case you are not "affil2009"... Probably not.

If you see anything like this, just report it to clickbank, they'll get shut down. Some merchants have done -really- shady things, a lot more stealth than that. Clickbank is usually good with dealing with this type of stuff.

If you go to hxxp://http://bit.ly/1272cz+ you'll see that they've been doing this since Nov 2009 and skimmed ~2k hits

Click on the "referers" tab. Fucking shady.

Amazing..

Assuming 5% of the people bought into that (Probably like 7-10%, but lets keep it certain)..
That means they stole at least 200 customers and defrauded a 100 affiliates..

Too bad clickbank don't give a shit in "the ongoing".

Can you give me an example of shady things please? I cannot think of something worse than that..

Vendors can selectively replace cookies, either by country, skim %, during certain hours, etc. Thats definitely against CB TOS but can be hard to track down.

You should report those guys to Clickbank though (forward CB the email with the link).
