It is legal to buy coins
It is legal to sell coins
At any moment
The people complaining think crypto is the stock market. It isn'i.
Smart money "snipes" by having their bot run on a node close to a validator
Smart money "snipes" by having their bot run on a node that might not be close to a validator
Others "snipe" by their bots buying blind when the liquidity pool appears even though they know nothing about the coin
Other "snipe" a few seconds later after the liquidity pool appears and they do a rug check and make a guess if the coin is legit
The rubes buy after they see if the coin is moving up and they can "get in on the action"
The crybabies piss and cry AFTER the price has moved up and they realize they missed the boat
Libra coin pump and dump was not illegal
It was just another meme coin.
