Here is a method that you can make money from, but it may be illegal, depending on how you see it. I don't have the contacts, so please don't ask me, but still, it is a viable method.
The Method
You may not know, but football/soccer reports get to know which players are playing before the match before the public. The reason is that TV companies and journalists are one step ahead when you tune into their coverage and look like they know what they are talking about. Now, this information is meant to be kept secret because if it got out, it would give the gambler a cunning edge over the market.
For example, say Liverpool on Betfair is 1.8 odds to win their game, and about 2-3 hours before the game, the football journalists see the team sheets and sees Mo Salah has been placed on the bench. Understanding that Mo Salah is one of Liverpool's key players, and once the public finds out, the odds on Betfair may drift slightly to about 1.85.
So if you knew the odds were more than likely to drift when you got this information, you could lay bet on Liverpool and wait until the general public would find out, to back Liverpool to win to secure profits no matter what happens in the game.
So that's the idea. The hardest part is finding journalists or people willing to give you this kind of information, which they wouldn't want to because they would probably lose their journalist license.
