Leads Problem

Thank you for your attention and the time given. I have encountered the following problem: I started advertising on US Facebook Ads. The issue is that I spend around $100 per day to promote 4 products where users are required to leave a lead in order for Facebook to charge the money. However, what happens is that $100 is spent every day, but I don’t receive any leads at all. I don’t understand where all the money is going or why I’m not getting any leads. Can someone explain this to me?
If you've tried changing campaign settings like display time (prime time), Facebook user interests, location, etc., and haven't seen results, you can try another approach. One method we often use is to try changing accounts. This is because one account might not be suitable for one product but could be for another. Once you find a suitable and highly effective account, you can increase your budget to boost your business growth.
Hopefully, this method will be helpful to you!

High impressions but zero leads indicate a conversion funnel error. Facebook has done its job; now it's time to fix your landing page, re-check your pixels and conversion events to align data between Ads Manager and reality.

Facebook only charges for ad delivery; it doesn't guarantee leads if users don't complete an action. Your situation often occurs when ads are displayed but viewers don't click, or they click but don't fill out a form. Focus on optimizing each step instead of spreading your efforts too thinly.

This usually happens when ads are spending on impressions or clicks but the lead event isn’t firing or optimized correctly (pixel/CAPI, form setup, or conversion location mismatch). With $100 split across 4 products, delivery and learning are also very weak, so Facebook may not find converters. Check event tracking first, then consolidate to 1 product and ensure the campaign is optimized specifically for Leads, not traffic or engagement.

Facebook charges advertisers based on impressions and interactions, not on the number of leads generated. If you’re getting traffic without contact details, it’s often related to issues with the landing page, form usability, or a lack of trust signals, rather than the ad delivery itself.

This is often due to overly broad targeting, unappealing ad content (creatives), or overly complex/untrustworthy information forms.

If spend is delivering but leads are zero, it’s usually a mismatch between objective, tracking (pixel/lead form), or offer quality check your conversion setup and landing flow before scaling anything.

Meta charges based on impressions and clicks, not on the number of leads. When traffic doesn’t convert into contact details, it’s often related to issues with the landing page or form quality rather than the ads themselves.

If you spend 100 and get zero leads your targeting or offer is off.

Facebook charges for impressions and clicks not only leads. Check if people even click and see your landing page conversion rate first.

I suggest you try a new fresh account and check if your ads work on the new one. If they don't then contact Facebook's support.

It's not uncommon for Facebook Ads to spend your budget without generating the desired leads, especially if the targeting, ad creative, and landing page aren't well-aligned. Can you tell us more about your targeting settings, such as the specific interests, behaviors, and demographics you're targeting? Maybe then we can give a better response that will help you

There are a few things you need to confirm one by one:

1. Facebook ads are not billed based on performance. It only asks you to price based on the desired results, but the actual cost is charged on a CPM (cost per mille) basis. You are charged every time the ad is displayed.

2. If you spend $100 on Facebook ads and get no results, you first need to check if your settings are correct. Normally, Facebook ad performance varies, but $100 for no lead generation is a very high cost.

3. When you run ads on Facebook, you can set a lead generation objective. You must ensure your objective is set correctly before setting the audience, ad format, and copy.

4. If you are sure your settings are correct and the ad performance is still poor, you should first check your creative's click-through rate (CTR) and cost per click (CPC). Generally, the CTR in the US is around $0.5-$1, and the CTR is around 2-3%. If it's significantly higher than these figures, you should consider changing your creative.

5. You mentioned spending $100 on 4 products. It's possible that a single product might be allocated a budget of $25, and since you're testing the data, each ad might have a very small budget, so it's normal not to see results. You can first concentrate your budget on one ad, especially one with good cost-per-click and click-through rate, and see how much impact a $100 budget will have. This will verify if your settings are accurate. After verifying that your settings are accurate, you can then optimize your ad data by adjusting your ad creatives and copy.

It can be connected to issues such as the pixel setup, tracking errors, audience targeting, page load speed, or problems with the form UX/configuration. I’d recommend testing each step separately, starting with the pixel to make sure the Lead event is firing correctly.

Spending budget alone unfortunately doesn’t guarantee leads. In many cases the issue comes from one of three areas: targeting, creatives, or the landing experience.

A few things I would check first:

Audience targeting – If the audience is too broad or not aligned with the product, Facebook can still spend the budget but the traffic may not convert.

Creative quality – The ad image/video and copy need to clearly communicate the value of the offer. If the creative doesn’t attract the right people, you’ll get clicks but not leads.

Landing page or form experience – Slow pages, complicated forms, or lack of trust signals often cause users to drop before submitting the lead.

Also check your metrics inside Ads Manager. If you see impressions but very low CTR, the creative may be the issue. If CTR is good but no conversions, the landing page is usually the bottleneck.

Would be helpful if you could share CTR, CPC, and landing page conversion rate – that would make it easier to identify where the problem is.

If the budget is spending but you’re getting no leads, usually the issue is with the funnel. Check your landing page, form, and tracking first. Sometimes traffic is coming but people drop before submitting the lead.

Your ads might be getting reach and clicks but not conversions. You should check your lead form or landing page in Facebook Ads Manager. $100/day without leads is often due to targeting too broadly or the wrong audience. Try testing with a different audience.

this because you used wrong target and audiences who arenot interested in your product
poor creative, or landing page mismatch can cause people to click but not convert
