One vote for Adcenmedia. I ued to be with Leadbolt and their conversion is very low, but the worse about Leabbolt is that they suspended my accoun when I was due to my first payment and took away my hard earned money. I'm now working with Adcenmedia and I'm happy with them. Leadbolt is not a legit company, really.

Personally, i'd choose neither and set up your own custom gateway with offers, cut out the middleman and keep all the profits

Leadbolt suspended my account without any notice when I'm about to receive my first payment, although I'm doing all whitehat and did not violated their TOS. They are a terrible network. Keep away from leadbolt. Go for Adcendmedia, StuckAds or the best way is blocking the offers by yourself with CPA contents blocker tool.
