Leadbolt doesn't unlock content

Good day, I have trouble. I got many complains, that after users fill survey, content doesn't unlocks.
I tried by myself to fill survey, and it didn't unlock too.
SO I hitted to support, and this is what they answered to me
"If the content unlocker doesn't unlock it means that the user did not complete the offer"

Sh*t I completed this long survey, waited for 5 min. And no results.
But I got some convertions...
Who knows where may be problem?
