Conversion rate depends on region and the type of content. Could be anywhere from 0.50$ to 1.00$.

Besides getting approved from leadbolt when you sign up (in the past) your ads need to be approved before they go live, you can start a new ad & place the code on your website but until the ad is approved it will not show up.

& the reason why the guy said there is no more surveys on leabolt is because he does not want anymore extra competition / saturation of leadbolt, tons of people on here will do this to throw people off go look at the craigslist posts for a few examples.
